Elsa is one of our beautiful standard poodle mamas! She is daughter of two of our top dogs, Dolly and Goofy. When Elsa was first born, we were intrigued by her color and markings. She appears to be a tan and white poodle, but after genetically test was run, we discovered she is actually a Merle tri. She is definitely unique! We expect her to throw tri colored and Merle puppies. Elsa is a small standard and weighs about 27Ibs. She has the cutest personality and loves everyone. She is not a barker and is gentle with kids. She is a carrier of DM, but is completely clear otherwise. We are so excited to see her first litter of pups!

Meet Buttercup! Buttercup is a 50-pound Ultra Bernedoodle and a standout member of our breeding program. She is the daughter of Sammie and Mika, with Mika being a son of Sailor, one of the very first bernedoodles introduced into our lines for Ultras. Buttercup carries on this remarkable lineage. Her vibrant coat, striking blue eyes, and minimal-to-no shedding make her a true showstopper and a frequent favorite among visitors.
Genetically, Buttercup is as sound as she is beautiful. She boasts a completely clear health panel, ideal coat and color genetics, and is an exceptional representation of what we aim to produce in our program. We are particularly excited to utilize Buttercup in our efforts to increase Bernese Mountain Dog influence in future multigenerational Bernedoodles, while maintaining the hypoallergenic and low-shedding qualities that families love.

We’re so excited to have her join our breeding team and play an important role in our Micro Bernedoodle lines.
Weighing in at nearly 20 pounds, Rosie is a larger mini poodle with excellent structure and temperament. Her affectionate and outgoing nature makes her a favorite with everyone she meets. She absolutely loves people and has the kind of friendly, engaging personality we aim to pass along to our puppies.

We’re so proud to introduce Ellie, one of our lovely poodle moms here at Down Home Doodle. Ellie comes from incredible lines—her sire is none other than Tiger, one of the most influential sires in our entire program. Tiger is completely clear genetically, produces absolutely stunning, fluffy puppies with fire tan points and great temperaments, and is known for his mellow, easygoing personality—traits he consistently passes on to his offspring.
Now, with several of his daughters in our program, including Ellie, we’re excited to see Tiger’s legacy continue through the next generation.
Ellie is a quiet, sweet-natured girl with a heart of gold. Weighing around 10–12 pounds, she’s a petite little poodle who has already proven herself to be a nurturing and attentive mom.
