Moxie
Miniature Poodle
Moxie is a darling 16-pound Poodle with the sweetest little personality to match her adorable looks. She is such a fun, happy girl and brings so much joy to everyone around her.
Moxie lives with her wonderful guardian family, who absolutely adore her. She has grown up alongside three little kiddos and is incredibly loving and gentle with them. Her patient, tender nature makes her a perfect fit in a family setting, and we love seeing how naturally kind and affectionate she is with children.
She’s also an outgoing girl who loves to play outside. Whether she’s running around the yard or enjoying time with her people, Moxie has a bright, playful spirit that shines through in everything she does.
Moxie has cleared her full genetic panel with the exception of carrying one copy of CDDY. This means her puppies can only ever be carriers and would not be affected, as long as she is not bred with another carrier, which is exactly why thorough genetic testing is so important in our program. We carefully match our parents to ensure we are producing healthy, well-planned litters.
She has also, so far, passed all of her OFA health testing. We’re incredibly excited about this sweet girl and the wonderful qualities she brings to our program. Moxie truly is a special addition to Down Home Doodle.
Winston
Miniature Bernedoodle
Meet Winston, our absolutely adorable Micro Bernedoodle stud. Winston has the sweetest teddy bear face, the cutest little ears, and the softest coat that gives him such a beautiful, classic look.
Beyond his looks, we’re especially excited about what Winston brings genetically. He carries genetics to throw gorgeous straight-to-wavy coats on his pups, and so far, he has passed all of his health testing with strong results. We’re incredibly pleased with how he is developing and excited about the qualities he has to pass along to his future puppies.
Personality-wise, Winston is such a happy, outgoing boy. He loves playing with other dogs, going on walks, and being involved in whatever is going on around him. He has a fun, social personality while still having a really nice off switch and knowing how to settle and relax.
Winston is such a special little guy, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for him.
These puppies are from a Poodle mom and a Bernedoodle dad and are considered traditional micro Bernedoodles. They are expected to mature between approximately 15–20 pounds. Our micros average around 17 pounds at adulthood.
They are anticipated to have soft-textured coats that range from straight to wavy at maturity. Rather than having a tight, curly coat, these puppies are bred for a more relaxed, plush texture while still maintaining low to non-shedding, allergy-friendly qualities. This gives you the best of both worlds, a soft, manageable coat without the high-maintenance curl.
