Our moms are carefully selected and comprehensively evaluated for health, genetics, temperament, and conformation. Beyond standard genetic screening, we consider age-appropriate OFA evaluations, PennHIP assessments, and each dog’s lineage. This thoughtful approach helps build a strong foundation for future generations of healthy, well-rounded Bernedoodles.
Genetic Panel
Advanced DNA screening identifies inherited genetic variants, helping guide informed breeding decisions and reduce the risk of hereditary disease in future generations.
OFA Evaluated
Age-appropriate OFA evaluations assess hips, elbows, shoulders, cardiac health, and dentition, alongside OFA CAER eye examinations, helping guide informed breeding decisions.
PennHIP Screened
PennHIP evaluations measure hip joint laxity and provide objective data to assess the risk of hip dysplasia, helping guide informed breeding decisions and support long-term joint health.
