Minnie
Standard Poodle (40lbs)
This sweet girl is officially entering retirement, and we are so sad to see this chapter come to an end. Minnie is from two of the very first Poodles in our program, who are now retired as well, so she has always been extra special to us.
She has passed along so many wonderful traits to her puppies over the years. Minnie is incredibly calm, gentle, easy-going, and just an all-around sweet, easy girl. She is wonderful with kids, great with other dogs, and truly such an easy keeper.
Her guardian family absolutely loves her to pieces, and we are so thankful she gets to spend her retirement being spoiled by the people who love her most. 🤍
Minnie is a purebred Poodle and has passed all of her health testing. We are so grateful for everything she has added to our program and for all of the beautiful puppies she has given us over the years. ❤️
Cloud
Multigenerational Bernedoodle (22lbs)
Cloud is an intentionally bred 18-pound multigenerational Bernedoodle developed specifically for our Mini Bernedoodle program. He comes from some of our strongest bloodlines, selected for their rich, non-fading tan points, exceptional structure, and calm, affectionate temperaments. Cloud does not carry the shedding gene, allowing him to consistently produce puppies with beautiful straight to wavy, low-shedding coats. His gentle, easygoing personality makes him a wonderful companion, and he adores the young girls in his guardian family.
Cloud has completed comprehensive genetic health testing and is clear of all tested genetic diseases. He has also earned passing OFA evaluations for hips, elbows, shoulders, cardiac, patellas, and dentition, along with his PennHIP evaluation, giving us complete confidence in the healthy foundation he passes on to his puppies. His outstanding health, exceptional genetics, compact size, and loving temperament make him a valued part of the future of Down Home Doodle.
These puppies are considered genetically close to an F1b Bernedoodle. They are expected to mature around 30 pounds, with an average adult weight range of approximately 25–40 pounds.
Based on the coat traits of their parents, these puppies are expected to have straight to wavy coats at maturity. Curly coats are not expected. Very minimal to no shedding is expected.
